At Millennial Perfumer, we want you to find your signature scent with total confidence. If a fragrance doesn't resonate with you, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all bottled scents and discovery sets.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the perfume in its original designer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our scent experts inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
